Woah! Most people don't take the time to read the "terms & conditions". I like you! We should hang out. Well, let's get down to the nitty gritty shall we.
Terms & Conditions
Here's the long and short of it. All sales are final and we will not accept returns or exchanges. Be sure to double check your order and make sure that the sizes, colors, and any customization is correct before submitting the order.
If there are any issues with the quality of the garment (tears, stains, etc) or a mistake with the decoration (wrong artwork, spelling error), we take full responsibility and will replace your items with no questions asked. All you need to do is drop the item(s) off at our showroom and we are happy to get a replacement piece in process.
The Not-So "Fine Print"
You are awesome and we sincerely thank you for buying your gear through J.Carroll. Web sites don't typically give out awards...but if they did...you would definitely be given a huge golden trophy with your name emblazoned across the bronzes plate mounted to a rich mahogany base. You could place this amazing fictional trophy on the mantle above the fireplace in your equally fictional 10 bedroom, 6 bathroom mansion. While we're at it, you also have a pet monkey named Alfred who wears a little bowtie that polishes the trophy twice a day so that you could see your prefect reflection in it. This trophy does not exist...but if it did...it would totally be yours for the taking.
